Directions: Coming from Los Angeles or the 405: Hwy 101 toward Ventura; Exit at Hayvenhurst and go left off the exit. Go right on Ventura Blvd. Go left onto Petit (there’s a stoplight, also Jerry’s Deli and Bank of America on the corner of Petit and Ventura.) Pass the stop sign at Libbit and almost immediately, after five driveway openings on your right, you will see a long driveway on the right with a chain link fence on both sides of it. Take a right into the driveway by the chain link fence, and go to the top of the driveway to 4431. There is a buzzer on the left to open the gate. Please drive slowly in the driveway, thank you! OR Coming from the West San Fernando Valley: Hwy 101 toward Los Angeles; Exit at Balboa and go right off the exit. Left onto Ventura Blvd., then right onto Petit (see above) OR Alternate route from Mulholland and the 405: Going North on the 405 exit at Skirball Center/Mulholland Dr. Go left off the exit onto Skirball Dr. then left onto Mulholland. Approximately 1.5 miles and turn right onto Cal Neva Dr. Approximately 1 mile and turn right onto Hayvenhurst Ave. At 3rd stop sign (Bosque) make a left, then take the first right onto Petit. Go 1 ½ blocks and turn left into the driveway.
Note: When coming up the driveway ignore the signs that say ‘No Turn Around’ and the fact that the house numbers are not in consecutive order. You are going to 4431 at the very top. |
